Ideal for retail locations, BBQ dealers, or as a unique fundraising activity. Two Guys Grilling© teaches tips and techniques for grilling, along with step-by-step demonstration of affordable, straight-forward recipes. Tasty samples are then served to attendees. Each course is presented in four consecutive sessions---each lasting 60-90 minutes involving 5 to 7 recipes. We encourage interaction with our students---who receive recipe cards for each of the dishes prepared, in addition to tasting samples. We can tailor our classes to fit your needs including class time, duration, recipes and "tuition" charges. Class size is a minimum of 15 with a maximum determined by the amount of available space. Two Guys Grilling© works with our hosts in securing health
department approval and organizing event planning and set-up. We
will assist in coordinating class sign-up and provide you with
proven recommendations for marketing and promoting your classes to
produce a full house. |
