Cajun Potato Wedges
Really inexpensive and tasty, Cajun Potato Wedges are a favorite on my cul de sac.
4 Russet Potatoes
Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice
Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
Cut potatoes into small wedges (about 2“)
Coat with Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
Sprinkle with Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice
(generously)
Place in shallow pan or cast iron skillet
Heat grill to medium
Place pan on upper shelf or indirect
heat
Groast for twenty to twenty-five minutes (until golden brown and
crispy)
Remove from heat
Serve
