Cajun Shrimp Scampi
2 pounds 31 to 40 count Shrimp (peeled and deveined, tail on)

Garlic Scampi Butter (recipe below)
Season both Shrimp (until you can't see the shrimp) with:

(lightly)

dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion (generously)

Heat grill to hot
Place griddle on grill to bring to
temperature
Spitz griddle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pour about 15
frozen shrimp on the griddle
Grill thirty to forty-five seconds
Shrimp is ready when the color changes to red
Spoon 3 or four spoons of Garlic Scampi Butter on the shrimp
Cook shrimp for final 45 seconds
Remove to platter
Serve immediately
Serve with Cocktail Sauce or Two Guys Grilling© Dill Dip.

Mix this up for the perfect fuel to sauté shrimp in a skillet or on the
grill
1 stick of butter (softened)
1 TBS Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Garlic
1 TBS Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice
With a
fork, blend together thoroughly and let rest about 15 minutes to let the
flavors marry.
