Devilish Relish
It will be all right, be brave, you will survive. Well, most people have. Not for the faint of heart, Devilish Relish brings some serious heat to the table.
1 Jalapeno Chile Stemmed, Capped, Seeds Removed (chopped fine)

Poblano Chile Stemmed, Capped, Seeds Removed (chopped fine)
1 New
Mexico Chile Stemmed, Capped, Seeds Removed (chopped fine)
4 Fresh
Tomatoes (Diced, Drained)
1/2 Cup Pickled Onion (See Recipe)
1/4 Cup
Pickled Garlic (See Recipe)
3 Tbs Vinegar
The Dana Point Trinity© (1/2, 1/4, 1/2)
*Two Guys Grilling© Mediterranean Sea Salt
(lightly)
*Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground White Pepper (light
dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion (generously)
2 Tbs Dry
Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Two Guys Grilling© Chile Chipotle
Combine all in Mixing Bowl
Allow to Rest 15 Minutes
Remove to
Serving Bowl
Refrigerate
You can "Beat the Heat" by adding two tablespoons of honey to this mix.
