Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

*Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground White Pepper (light dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated
Onion (generously)
1 to 1 and 1/2 Tbs Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese per
Breast
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat grill to medium/medium hot
Slice horizontally into the chicken
breast to form a pocket
Place 1 to 1 and 1/2 Tbs Gorgonzola or Blue
Cheese in pocket
