Grilled Dill Seasoned Chicken Breasts
In our opinion the most flavorful and versatile hunk of chicken is
the boneless, skinless chicken breast (with the possible exception of the
chicken tenderloin). The fat content in chicken breasts does not allow for
effective release when turning, so use a good extra virgin olive oil as a
release agent. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are a tasty and
economical entree for your family.
Three versions of Grilled Chicken breasts will be prepared tonight and will feature one of the following treatments:
The Dana Point Trinity©

Grilled Chicken Breasts are superb as an entree, sliced on the dual
bias (Carving Lesson) in a salad, or as a leftover snack (you wish it
would last that long).
Always observe rules for safe and sanitary handling of poultry.
Thoroughly clean cutting boards, cutlery, and other tools that might come
in contact with raw poultry after each use.
