Fresh frozen, individually vacuum packed Mahi Mahi is available year round at most large box stores. Packaged in this way, you get the best quality healthy convenience fish for grilling possible.


Fresh Frozen Mahi Mahi Fillets, 1 to 1½” Thick


Season Mahi Mahi With:
TGG© Mediterranean Sea Salt - Very Lightly
TGG© Fine Ground White Pepper - Very Lightly
TGG© Granulated Onion - Lightly
Spritz Both Sides With Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Liberally


Allow to Rest, and Thaw 15 to 20 Minutes
Preheat Your PGS Grill Solar Flare Hot
Grill 30 to 45 Seconds, Turn Over
Mahi Mahi is Ready to Turn When Starting to turn White on Bottom
Grill 30 to 45 Seconds, Turn Over, Rotate 90°
Turn When Fat Starts to Come out The Sides
Grill 30 to 45 Seconds, Turn Over
Spritz With XVOO With Each Turn - Liberally
Remove to Serving Platter, Allow to Rest 5 Minutes
