Grilled Veggie Basket
You will need a grill safe basket for this one.
Be sure to wash and
dry your Grill Safe Basket
"Burn It In" by coating it with Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
Place it on a medium/hot grill for ten minutes
Remove it
from the grill
Wash and dry it (yes again)
Try a combination of these veggies:
Fresh Green Beans
Fresh
Yellow Wax Beans
Fresh Pea Pods (if available)
Fresh Zucchini
Blossoms (if available)

Extra Virgin Olive
Oil
Spritz with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (all sides) and toss
Preheat grill to Hot
Spritz Grill Safe Basket with Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
Place Grill Safe Basket on Grill
Allow to Heat for Two to
Three Minutes
Add vegetables to hot basket
Grill for One to Three (or more)
Minutes Depending on Basket Load
Stir, Grill for One to Three (or more)
Minutes Depending on Basket Load
Remove From Grill, Place on Serving
Platter

I know that I might seem anal about preparing your grill safe
basket, just be sure to err on the safe side (cutlery, cooking vessels,
prep tools) when it comes to something you are going to consume. You will
thank me later.
