Hot Cheddar Black Bean Dip
Hot refers to Caliente (temperature hot) or Picante (spicy hot) in this recipe. As it can be served hot or cold (temperature wise), it will always be Picante.
1 Jar Ragu Double Cheddar Sauce
1 Can (16 oz) Black Beans (Rinsed
and Drained, Half Mashed)
1 1/2 Tbs Two Guys Grilling©Granulated
Onion
1 1/2 Tsp Two Guys Grilling©Granulated Garlic
1/4 Tsp Two Guys
Grilling© Chile Chipotle
1/2 Tsp Two Guys Grilling©Chile Guajillo

Can (4 oz) Chopped Green Chiles (Fresh Jalapenos, if You Dare)
3 Strong
Dashes Hot Sauce (Your Favorite)
Chopped Fresh Cilantro (Optional)
In a Sauce Pan over Medium/Low Heat Combine all
Ingredients
Simmer, Stirring Frequently until Thoroughly
Combined
Probably 3 to 5 Minutes
Remove From Heat
Cover, Allow to
rest 5 Minutes
Decant to Serving Dish
Garnish with Chopped Fresh
Cilantro
Serve Hot Cheddar Black Bean Dip hot or cold. Your friends and
family will love this dip, but make sure you have plenty of chips and cold
Cervezas on hand, soft drinks for the niños.
