Peanut Sauce
Could anything say "South East" as eloquently as a combination of BBQ and Peanuts? With a "Tip of the Hat" to Jimmy Carter and George Washington Carver, Two Guys Grilling© presents this offering.
1 1/2 Cups Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
1 Tsp
Fine Ground White Pepper
1 Tsp Granulated Onion
1/4 Cup Creamy
Peanut Butter (natural is preferred here)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbs
Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 Tsp Pasilla
Molido
1/4 Tsp Guajillo Molido
1/8 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock
(Bouillon is OK)
Combine all in Saucepan
Whisk Thoroughly to Combine
Bring to
a Boil
Reduce Heat to a Low Simmer
Simmer 30 to 45 Minutes
Allow
to Cool
Remove to a Squeeze Bottle
Serve With Just About
Anything
