Pink Sauce
Pink Sauce from Two Guys Grilling© pays homage to the traditional ingredients customarily used in BBQ Sauces in the South East The Carolinas and Tennessee). It is a regional favorite along with Yellow, Clear, and Peanut Butter Sauces.
1 Stick Butter
1 Cafe Onion, Minced
3 Cups White Vinegar
1
Tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
1 Tsp Fine Ground White Pepper
1 Tsp
Granulated Onion
2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tsp
Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Guajillo Molido
1/8 Cup Chicken or Vegetable
Stock (Bouillon is OK)
Combine all in Saucepan
Whisk Thoroughly to Combine
Bring to
a Boil
Reduce Heat to a Low Simmer
Simmer 30 to 45 Minutes
Allow
to Cool
Blend until smooth
Remove to a Squeeze Bottle
Serve With
Just About Anything
