Skewered Blackened Shrimp

When your guests indulge in this appetizer, the main course had better be ready soon.

2 pounds 31 to 40 count Shrimp (peeled and deveined, tail on)

Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Season both Shrimp (until you can't see the shrimp) with:

*Two Guys Grilling© Mediterranean Sea Salt (lightly)
*Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground White Pepper (light dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion (generously)
Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice (generously)

Spitz with both sides with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place three to four shrimp on soaked wooden skewers
Place on hot grill
Grill thirty to forty five seconds, Turn over
Grill thirty to forty five seconds
Shrimp is ready when the color changes to red
Serve immediately

Serve with Cocktail Sauce or Two Guys Grilling Dill Dip.
