Spinach Dip

Our readers will find multiple versions of this family standard offered by Two Guys Grilling©. Served in a hollowed-out bread round or your grandmother's preferred dip bowl, this recipe has more versions than my wife has handbags.

1 10 oz Package Frozen, Chopped Spinach (Thawed, Rinsed)
1 Can (8 oz) Water Chestnuts (Drained, Chopped to 1/8 inch)
1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
3 Scallions (Rinsed, Chopped Medium)
1 Cup Mayo (the Good Stuff)
1 1.4 oz Package Vegetable Soup/Dip Mix
2 Tsp Lemon Juice

Combine all Ingredients in Large Bowl
Remove to Serving Bowl
Refrigerate for One Hour

You might have noticed that this is one of my rare recipes that doesn't have chiles in it. Well you can't achieve perfection all the time.
