Sauce
¼ Tsp Two Guys Grilling Fine Ground White Pepper
½ Tsp
Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion
¼ Tsp Dry Mustard
½Tsp Two
Guys Grilling© Chile Chipotle Molido
Combine all in Saucepan over Medium/Low Heat
Simmer One
Minute
Remove from heat (Reserve for later)
Grilled Frozen Burgers
Burgers (as many needed,
scale your Rarebit Sauce as needed)
Season Lightly with The Dana

Remove from grill, Place on buns, Smother with Rarebit
Sauce
We prefer one third pound, twenty percent fat ground chuck for frozen grilled burgers. Pay attention to these patties as they grill, as flare ups are common. Have a squirt gun or sprayer filled with water handy.
