Vegan Black Bean Pasta
1 Lb Pasta (Cooked, Drained - See Pasta Primer)
1 Large, Sweet
Onion, Sliced
1 Bell Pepper (Capped, Seeded, Deveined)
1 8 oz
Package Fresh Mushrooms (Cleaned, Sliced)
1 Can (16 oz) Black Beans
(Drained, Rinsed)
1 Can (16 oz) Garbanzo Beans (Drained, Rinsed)
1
Can (16 oz) Tomatoes (Sliced or Diced, Flavored is OK)
1/4 Cup Sliced
Black Olives
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Dry
Rosemary
1/4 Tsp Dry Basil
1/4 Tsp Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground
White Pepper
Fresh Basil Leaves
Combine all Ingredients in Large Skillet
Bring to
Boil
Drain
Remove to Hot Skillet
Vulcanize for Thirty Seconds to
One Minute
Reduce Heat to Simmer
Continue for Ten Minutes
Remove
to Serving Dish
Garnish with Fresh Basil Leaves
Bell Peppers are really berries, Christopher Columbus parlayed
himself a career by convincing King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella that
those berries from the New World were Pepper. Job well done!
