Blue Burgers
Arrrr! Blue Cheese can be a grilled burger's best friend. When grilled properly, the slightly melted blue cheese brings much to this burger.

Blue (Bleu) Cheese Crumbled or Sliced
Thinly - 1 Tbs per Patty
Ground Chuck (15% to 20% Fat) - 1/4 to
1/3 Pound Per Patty
Form Two Thin Patties
Place Blue Cheese (About 1 Tbs) Between
Patties
Crimp to Seal, Allow to Rest 5 to 10 Minutes

Turn Over

Remove From Grill
Thin slices of avocado, grilled onions or tomato can elevate an
ordinary burger to delightful levels. Serve with your favorite buns or
sliced kaiser rolls. Grilling time is approximate, get to know your grill.
